1) Data processed  

Browsing data: IP address, device identifiers, technical logs, date/time, browser and OS  information, visited pages (within the limits of website logs and technical tools).  Data provided by the user (contact form / email): name and surname, email, optional  phone number, company/role (if provided), selected department, message content and any  attachments.  

2) Purposes and legal bases  

  • Replying to requests sent via form/email (information, business contacts, technical  requests): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and/or Art. 6(1)(f).  
  • Website operation and security (abuse prevention, troubleshooting, continuity): Art.  6(1)(f).  
  • Legal obligations (if applicable): Art. 6(1)(c).  
  • Non-essential cookies/technologies (e.g., analytics/third parties), where used: Art.  6(1)(a) (consent) via cookie banner/preferences. See the website Cookie Policy for  details.  

3) Recipients  

Data may be processed by authorised staff and by service providers supporting the website  and related services (e.g., hosting, IT maintenance, anti-spam tools, analytics and maps),  appointed where required as Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.  

Some third-party providers (e.g., maps/social) may act as independent Controllers under  their own policies.  

4) International transfers  

Where services result in transfers outside the EEA, the Controller will implement appropriate  safeguards under Arts. 44–49 GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and, where  necessary, supplementary measures). 

5) Retention  

  • Contact requests: up to 12 months from the last interaction, unless a contractual  relationship is established or retention is needed for claims/defence.  Security logs: up to 6 months, unless longer retention is required for incident  handling or legal reasons.  
  • If a contractual/admin relationship is established: retention according to legal  requirements (e.g., 10 years for accounting/admin records).
